FBA solves the physical side, Amazon's warehouse is your local address for storage, delivery and returns, but reviews and pricing are still yours to manage: seed early reviews through Amazon's own programs and price to the local market's willingness-to-pay, not a currency-converted version of your India MRP. Watch your return rate closely in a new market; a spike usually means a sizing, translation or expectation mismatch, not a bad product. Respond to every review in the first 90 days, marketplace algorithms reward active sellers.
