What does a one-person AI-assisted social workflow look like (calendar to drafts to publishing)?

The working pattern is one weekly session: pick angles from a content calendar, batch-draft with ChatGPT or Claude against your voice doc, add real stories and numbers by hand, then schedule everything through a tool like Buffer or Typefully (or an n8n automation if you like plumbing). Your job shrinks to choosing angles, personalizing, and hitting approve. Done well, LinkedIn plus X runs on 3 to 5 focused hours a week.
