For it we train SIPE Educators who have coaching and counseling skills.
SIPE Edu android app is free available at Appstore. There are three breathing patterns in it which anyone can use to improve mindfulness.
Mindfulness changes default mode of our brain.We train our clients to have at-least one good breath in every hour.It helps to put down stress on human brain of continues thinking.
We have coaching programs for three months,seven months and one year.We help our clients to implement their action plan for academic success or health and well-being.
