What's a 'golden sample' and why does it matter so much?
It's the physical, signed-off object every future unit gets measured against, not a photo, not a description, an actual piece you can hold next to a production batch. Sign, date and seal at least three copies: one for you, one for the factory, one for whoever does your inspection. Skip this step and 'quality' becomes whatever the factory decides it means that week.
