User Journey
Also called Customer Journey Map
The full path a user takes to accomplish a goal with your product, from first touch through each step, often mapped to spot friction and moments that matter.
Why it matters
Mapping the journey reveals where users get stuck, confused, or drop off, the exact places worth fixing. It shifts focus from individual features to the experience a real person actually has.
For example
Mapping the journey from ad click to first purchase, the team finds most drop-off happens at account creation, so that is where they focus.
