How do I build the data plumbing so activation signals reach sales while they still matter?

The chain is product events into a warehouse, a scoring definition on top, and a sync back into the CRM where reps already live. If a rep has to open a separate analytics tool to find out what an account did, they will not, so the signal has to arrive in their queue as a task. Latency is the thing teams underestimate: a signal that a trial account hit a limit is worth a lot on the same day and almost nothing a week later, so build for a daily sync before you build for a sophisticated score. Start with one event and one alert, prove a rep acts on it and it converts, then expand. Every team that starts with a 20-signal model spends six months building something nobody trusts.
