Leading a GTM team

Our founder is the brand. How do I make the brand bigger than one person?

Move from a person to a point of view that other people can carry. Name the belief the founder keeps articulating, then give it a home that is not their profile: a research report you publish every year, a community, an event, a named framework, a second and third credible voice from your own team. Gong did this with an evangelist role and original data, Gainsight did it by building a community around the category rather than the CEO. Keep the founder in the mix, since removing them kills the warmth, but make sure a customer could explain what you stand for without mentioning their name.
