Leading a GTM team

We are going from two reps to ten. How do I scale outbound without it turning into spam?

The short answer

What worked at two reps was judgement, and judgement does not copy. Before you hire, write down the target account definition, the three triggers that make an account worth working now, the sequence structure and the messaging for each persona, then have your best rep record calls against it. Cap volume per rep deliberately so nobody hits quota by sending more, and measure meetings held rather than activity. Split domains and mailboxes as headcount grows so one careless rep cannot burn everyone's deliverability. And keep the founder on some calls: the moment nobody senior hears a live objection is the moment the messaging quietly goes stale.
