How do I define my target audience and ideal customer profile (ICP) with AI?

Feed AI real data, not vibes: your best existing customers, top-performing content, competitor reviews, and community language, then ask it to find the patterns (who gets the most value, what words they use, what triggers them to buy). ChatGPT and Claude are strong at drafting the ICP document and personas; audience-intelligence tools like SparkToro add real behavioural data about where those people actually hang out. Rebuild the ICP quarterly, because your first AI-assisted version is a hypothesis to be corrected by sales conversations.
