How do I define my ICP and build my first lead list with AI?

Start with the customers or design partners you already have and work backwards: AI is very good at spotting the shared traits of people who said yes. Feed ChatGPT or Claude your product notes and early conversations to draft an ICP, then use Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn to turn it into a list of 100 to 300 real accounts. Treat the AI-drafted ICP as a hypothesis, not truth, and let reply rates and closed deals tell you which segments are real.
