How do I keep my cold email out of spam in the AI era?

Deliverability is now the hard part of outbound: Google and Yahoo enforce SPF, DKIM, DMARC, a 0.3% spam-complaint ceiling, and AI-written blast patterns get flagged fast. The playbook is boring and non-negotiable: send from separate warmed-up domains, keep each mailbox under about 25 to 30 emails a day, verify every address so bounces stay under 2%, and write like a human. If you skip this and let an AI tool blast thousands of emails, you can burn your domain reputation in weeks.
