(Office Timing: 09:30 AM & 06:30 PM) We require Recruiter to look after our Talent Acquisition Business. Qualification: Graduate/MBA-HR. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience of Recruitment Process. Roles & Responsibilities: * Understand client's requirement for Manpower/Talent. * Search right candidates matching with the requirement of client by using various Job Portal's Naukri, Shine.com etc. * Telephonic Interview of to all identified candidates to judge them against clients requirement. * Sending Job Description Mails & Interview Call Letters to Candidates. * Communication with Client & Candidates for any clarifications required from each other. Co-ordinate & follow up with clients & Candidates for line-up of interview. * Follow up with candidate/client up to joining of candidate with client company. * Record Keeping of total process. *Closing positions by putting all efforts & using required skills. Required Skills: 1) Very Good Communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati Language. 2) Passionate. 3) Good in interpersonal relationship. 4) Positive Attitude. 5) Logical Mind-set & aptitude for learning new things.
