Having started Mr career a school teacher, i transitioned into corporate learning and have had my share of failures and successes in almost every aspect of the Learning & Development function.

Experimentation with various methods to enhance performance, through behaviour change, has led me to believe that - "what gets measured, gets learnt and done well consistently.

SkillTally is the manifestation of my attempt to enable skill-building through skill-testing.
