Providing guidance to the company in the strategic hiring, Talent development, Talent Retention, implementing Workforce strategy, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, nurturing the newly joined Talents and working employees for their long-term vision in the career development and Talent Forecasting. Prior to that I have the experience in Automation and heavy engineering company (Beumer Group) in the same Talent Acquisition handled workforce planning, DEI, Talent Retention and Forecasting and Niche hiring in the industry.
