Hey, I’m Anupama 👋

I started out as a dentist — fixing smiles, telling people to floss, and constantly wondering why no one listens .

Somewhere along the way, I realised I enjoyed talking to people more than drilling teeth… so I switched to sales.
Turns out I was pretty good at it — even became a top performer (still convincing people, just with fewer gloves involved).

While working in sales, I saw how broken hiring and job search can be — for both candidates and companies.
Instead of just complaining about it (like most of us do), I decided to build something better.

Now, I’m an entrepreneur in hiring & staffing and the founder of HireSynQ — helping the right people find the right teams, without the usual chaos.

When I’m not matching talent to opportunities, you’ll find me enjoying long drives, cooking, and adding a little fun to everything I do.
