Ashwin Shah is a cofounder and CEO of an interesting edtech startup, RFL Academy (Previously known as RoboFun Lab Pvt. Ltd.). He is at the forefront of providing systematic robotics courses to K-12 students across India and beyond.

His academy has mastered the art of mentoring students for prestigious international robotics competitions and have many firsts on their name - right from winning the first ever gold medal in a robotics competition in Germany to winning one of the most prestigious robotics competitions in USA and Sydney in recent past.

Ashwin is conferred with "The best mentor" award by FIRST, USA in 2021 for his immense contribution in the field of robotics in India. Not only this, he was roped in as an author by Packt Publication in 2021 through which, he has published "Build and Code Creative Robots with Lego Boost" which is doing really well in the international market.

Today, RFL Academy operated 7 robotics labs across Mumbai and Gujarat, offering 8+ full year courses for the K-12 students in the field of robotics, teaching 5000+ students and enabling 25+ schools to implement robotics program in their schools through the army of 50+ coaches. RFL academy also offers unique online courses for the students of age 9 to 18 years, which are a big hit across.

With a zest to spread hands on minds on learning culture across, Ashwin is on a mission to empower every child with the right technology tools to create a better tomorrow for everyone. With his passion to teach robotics and coding to the students, Ashwin became the industry first cofounder and CEO to successfully raise funds for his company to executed his charted growth trajectory.

Ashwin is an electronics engineer by profession and has also completed his MBA in 2022.
