He began his career in the world of international commerce by working with a reputed Custom House agency, where he gained hands-on expertise in customs clearance, international documentation, and the fine details of cross-border trade. This phase gave him a strong command over the practical side of international business—knowledge that cannot be learned from books alone but only by navigating real-world challenges.

Armed with this experience, Baiju took the leap into entrepreneurship by starting his own export company. Handling diverse categories of food and perishable products, he honed his ability to merge global opportunities with operational realities.

As his journey unfolded, his focus shifted toward health and wellness, leading to the birth of Dynemo—a brand built on the promise of purity and holistic living. Under his leadership, Dynemo introduced a product range including peanut butter, green tea, green coffee, and blue tea, designed for individuals embracing healthier lifestyles. Dynemo soon evolved into more than just a brand—it became a mission to promote wellness through nature’s wisdom.

Alongside entrepreneurship, Baiju recognized a gap in the ecosystem: countless aspiring exporters lacked practical guidance. This inspired him to establish ExportPreneur Coaching Centre, where he now trains and mentors beginners as well as business owners who want to explore global markets. Through ExportPreneur, he translates his 12+ years of practical EXIM knowledge into simplified, actionable strategies, empowering the next generation of exporters.
