With a deep passion for green fields and sustainable living, I founded Tiny Treats, a startup dedicated to cultivating, creating, and serving products made exclusively from natural and organic ingredients.

In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I bring over 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, where I have consistently demonstrated my capabilities as a passionate and driven leader. My expertise spans customer success, vehicle technicalities, and documentation, all aimed at delivering exceptional value and satisfaction to both buyers and sellers in the online vehicle marketplace.

I serve as the Head of Operations at onBeli.Com, a leading platform connecting car dealers, owners, and buyers across India. In this role, I oversee the end-to-end operations of the platform, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance from procurement to delivery. I also manage our customer service, technical support, and documentation teams, providing them with the guidance, training, and feedback necessary to excel.

I leverage my comprehensive skills in customer success and the automotive industry to solve problems, streamline processes, and drive retention and revenue growth. Previously, as a Senior Retail Consultant at CarDekho, I independently managed a store, procured a significant number of vehicles in Hyderabad, and received outstanding customer feedback and ratings.

My mission is to continue driving excellence in every endeavor I undertake, whether it's promoting sustainable agriculture or enhancing the online vehicle marketplace.
