Dhiram also has experience working with large MNCs in sectors like infrastructure, energy and resources, oil and gas, logistics, transportation, and manufacturing.
As a strategist, Dhiram has assisted start-ups and large corporations in developing international tax planning (inbound and outbound) and flip structures. He has guided early-stage companies in financial diligence, governance, internal controls, investor reporting, and building robust finance teams. As a virtual CFO, Dhiram has led teams to deliver reliable accounting, timely compliance, and seamless reporting to clients. Additionally, he has advised venture funds and angel investors during investment stages with due diligence and compliance support, and helped investors optimize tax and documentation during exits.
Dhiram is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a lawyer, and holds a post-graduate degree in advanced accounting. He has spoken on the Indian Finance Budget for 2022 and 2023 and serves as a guest lecturer at a prestigious law college in Mumbai.
