Dilnawaz is the Founder of Power Deck. He is also a Subject Matter Expert on Investor Pitch Decks, Startup Fundraising Strategy and Lean Startups.

Dilnawaz is a renowned public speaker who has delivered keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, and training sessions at more than 300+ national-level startup and business conferences and events, along with forums like TEDx, Josh Talks, etc.

Alongside running Power Deck, he is an Advisor at various academic institutions, where he supports them in creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem focusing on student entrepreneurship and innovation.

In his free time, he writes and shares his experiences on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dilnawazkhan) and creates video content on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/c/dilnawazkhan1) to educate early-growth startups and first-time founders. He is known for his "Honest, Practical and Actionable" Advice delivered through his content.

In 2022, Dilnawaz was selected to be part of India's First "LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program." where only 200 creators were chosen from thousands of applicants. In 2024, Dilnawaz was awarded the LinkedIn "Top Voices", an invitation-only program featuring a global group of experts on LinkedIn covering a range of topics across the professional world.

By profession, Dilnawaz is an engineer who founded a Consulting Agency in the early years of his career. Over seven years, he built various business verticals like education, consulting, and product and design services, and he exited the business in 2014.

Later, he joined IIM-A Ventures (formerly known as CIIE . CO / Startup Oasis), the first technology business incubator in Rajasthan, where he worked as a Manager - Business Development. He was responsible for Workshops, Startup Accelerators, Pitching Bootcamps, Investor Demo Days, and Startup Fests. He was among the founding team members at Startup Oasis and was integral in building the Startup Ecosystem in Rajasthan.

Dilnawaz is a Passionate Learner, an Avid Reader, a Mentor, and an Entrepreneur who is always on a quest to explore and build new things. He actively consults and mentors many technology startups and helps them with pitching, business strategy, and fundraising strategy.
