
I’m the founder of Whater.ai, a project I started to tackle the communication bottlenecks I saw in customer support. When I worked at a leading smart home company, I noticed how hard it was to keep up with customer inquiries as the business scaled. That’s where the idea began: an AI-powered platform that integrates seamlessly with WhatsApp, making post-sales support more efficient and responsive.
But as I got deeper into the project, I realized I could address even bigger challenges. I’ve expanded Whater.ai to not just support customers after their purchase, but to help businesses drive sales before they buy. My platform now offers a set of tools—appointment booking, ticketing, Q&A modules—and I’m building ProductSync, an advanced feature that uses AI to automatically create rich product catalogs. This means businesses can showcase their products more effectively, guide customers through their buying journey, and close more deals.
Along the way, I’ve formed valuable relationships with potential customers and industry insiders. I’ve been working closely with startup ecosystem leaders, received valuable guidance from my alumni network, and brought on a skilled collaborator to help refine the user experience. I’m also tackling the technical challenges, building out a solid backend, and ensuring that Whater.ai delivers reliable results.
My goal is to transform Whater.ai into a must-have solution for companies looking to scale their customer engagement and drive more sales. By combining the convenience of WhatsApp with cutting-edge AI, I’m creating a platform that’s both innovative and practical—a tool that businesses need to not only survive, but thrive in today’s market.
