Hitesh Hanotia – Entrepreneur, Innovator, and Consultant

I am Hitesh Hanotia, a 35-year-old entrepreneur from Ahmedabad with a BBA degree from Chimanbhai Institute of Business Administration and extensive experience in entrepreneurship, consultancy, and business development. I am also a Professional Group Student of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having appeared for one paper, which reflects my strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.

My professional journey began with Motwane Manufacturing Pvt Ltd (2013-2015), where I managed sales operations across Gujarat, established dealership and distributorship networks, and executed promotional strategies.

In 2015, I ventured into consultancy by founding HITESH HANOTIA & ASSOCIATES. For over seven years, I specialized in FSSAI licensing, Ministry of Corporate Affairs compliance, and end-to-end consultancy for food businesses. Alongside, I gained expertise in eCommerce account management through my venture H H Enterprise, where I have been helping clients handle accounts on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, optimizing logistics, and strategizing for business growth.

In 2023, I launched Dream Dip Delight, under the umbrella of Minerv Ease Health Pvt Ltd, to create a niche in the healthy snacks industry. Dream Dip Delight focuses on gluten-free, millet-based snacks that are baked and free from additives, offering an array of cookies and puffs at affordable prices. My goal is to make healthier snacking accessible to all while promoting the benefits of millet as a sustainable and nutritious food source. I am also expanding the product line to include chickpea-based gluten-free offerings for domestic and export markets.

Apart from my entrepreneurial ventures, I provide consultancy for company formation, legal compliance, and strategy, helping startups and established businesses navigate complex regulatory environments.

With a strong foundation in corporate governance, logistics, product development, and eCommerce, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that drive business growth while making a positive impact on consumer health and sustainability.
