I'm Ishani. I have an educational background in Astrobiology and Bioscience, but I have made a significant pivot into the education sector. Having worked with over 400 students in the last 3 years, I now focus on impactful career exploration for high school students. My strengths lie in recognizing market trends, team management, stakeholder management, and partnerships.

I started as a junior consultant at my current company, working my way from mentoring 5 students to now managing a cohort of over 400+ students. Over the past 2 years, I have secured 15+ school partnerships, and have been involved in the program delivery for 700+ students.

I am passionate about mentoring young minds and working with innovative products and people to find scalable, affordable, and effective educational solutions.
