
As a Business Development Manager at Pedals Up, I am responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies that focus on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. I conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, arrange business meetings with prospective clients, and promote the company's products and services that address or predict their objectives. I also prepare sales contracts, keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices, and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. In addition, I build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
