Currently serving as a Program Manager at Tracxn, I formulate and implement end-to-end strategies for top products like Live Deals. This role provides me with valuable insights into deal sourcing, investment trends and enables me to support startups on a global scale while improving the technical know-how of Product Management, Product Operations and Marketing.

Prior to Tracxn, I worked as the Assistant Program - Portfolio Manager at incubator IIT Kanpur, where I facilitated the growth of early-stage ventures through incubation and funding support, analytics, management tools, mentorship and advisory. Getting an in-depth holistic view of the startup ecosystem, stakeholder management and collaborating with bodies (accelerators, CSR funds, investors, govt. agencies) was a great learning experience.
I also spearheaded operations and revenue growth at Rentbaaz by conducting comprehensive market analyses of long-term internet trends and client demands.
