Prior to it, I started up a new charter for B2B Client Growth from the ground up for Naukri.com. I set up and designed a proper framework for CRM & Naukri transaction flow, which was decentralized for a long time. This charter broadly covers building strategic AI-based signals for Naukri Enterprise's growth. It involves developing comprehensive indicators around corporate client acquisition, retention, and attrition. Apart from it, I led B2C Naukri Fast Forward (~ ₹100Cr revenue business) data science division. It broadly covers recommendation systems, AI-powered profile enrichment to improve rank in recruiter search, and lead management systems for monetization.

Previously, I worked at Vmock India, where my work majorly involved computer vision-related projects to build new functionality and product enhancement for automated interview feedback - Elevator Pitch.

I received my bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur. I possess considerable proficiency in artificial intelligence disciplines, product management, corporate finance, and economics. I am always curious to explore the application of mathematics and psychology in different domains.
