In a career spanning around 15 years, Manish started out as a Sales Manager in the BFSI sector before moving on to handling Talent Acquisition and Recruitment over the past 7 years. He completed Bachelor’s in Commerce and hold an MBA from MS Ramaiah Institute of Management. Before joining McLaren, Manish was with Yellow.ai, a conversational AI company, where he was responsible for the staffing of multiple profiles and monitoring the hiring statistics of the company.
Over the past one year Manish has been associated with McLaren and has been actively involved in strengthening the organization by adding the best available talents to the staff. He implements various sourcing strategies and is responsible for the end-to-end hiring process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for the candidates. He also coordinates with the hiring managers to identify the staffing needs and suitable candidate selection criteria.
