After completing his BBA, Mann went full-time into building HeadsIn, where he leads the product vision, growth strategy, and market expansion. With a sharp focus on India’s mid-sized enterprises and emerging professionals, HeadsIn helps candidates make faster decisions and enables recruiters to hire 4x more efficiently through its AI-driven shortlisting and smart prompts.

Mann is passionate about building technology that connects talent to opportunity, quickly, transparently, and at scale. His vision: to make HeadsIn the “Google of job search” for India’s next generation of workers.
