Mihir is a User experience strategy and digital transformation expert with over 11 years of experience crafting the customer experience, setting up and scaling design teams and establishing design ops to support Agile product teams in various industry verticals and in geographies around the world.

He has hired and trained design teams for Agile squads while operationalising digital product innovation centres for clients in Rwanda, Egypt, India, South Africa, and Saudi Arabia.

In 2021, he created and ran an Apprenticeship Training Program for Fractal Ink for the recruitment and training of 15 designers, as well as mentored over 50 designers with performance assessments and career guidance.

He has implemented new project management and design operations in client engagements to ensure faster onboarding, better communication, and maintenance of project continuity during staffing transitions.

Besides his work, he has Co-founded and nurtured 5 design communities in various geographies. He also moderate two online communities of over 25,000 UX designers from all over the world.

He has a firm belief that good design is capable of changing the way we live for the better. It is able to empower people to transform themselves and their cultures with an agency that was not available to our society in the past. He is proud to lead this change through his work and community activities.
