At the same time, working abroad and interacting with US/UK clients, have understood the requirements both in terms of software development as well as communication.
My professional goal in the short term is to make www.sourcecubeindia.com a company that has no difference with any similar sized company in the US or Europe in terms of professional commitment, work quality and communication, but at the same time provide minimum 50% value benefit to the client via outsourcing model. This same goal in the long run is to provide a role model for the entire Indian software and IT outsourcing industry.
