Was instrumental in setting up Online Coding/Verbatim Management /Data analysis team and also for growth and expansion in newer areas, leading technology and operations successfully. Machine Learning , Automated Coding, AI, Taxonomies , Sentimental Analysis etc were spearheaded at Global technology Ops level.
Work Experience also includes in financial and health care domain earlier , with Citibank and CDR group of hospitals in marketing and PR role.
