India's 80% of youth make uninformed career decisions, especially during the prime professional stage, we intend to solve this problem globally considering it's a world problem. Once we've successfully achieved this, we plan to scale across the career trajectory.

Apart from day-to-day planning, management, and execution, my role requires me to be in center stage as we progress from 0-1 as a company,

1. Decision-making: Both micro and Impactful calls that can change the course of the process and the company
2. Driver: Delegate, create and run processes
3. Stakeholder management: Manage and turn relationships into long-term opportunities
