I'm Neeta Kamble, a constant learner who refuses to settle for same old, inspired by ambition of making a difference and have deeply rooted ideologies of honesty.

In my experience of living and learning, I have come to believe in being authentic, in celebrating who we are by appreciating ourselves with our perfect imperfections. I offer leadership training programs and Consulting services in the area of HR & OD. 

I come with 18 years of experience working across diverse industries such as IT, ITES, Consulting, Healthcare and TIC. I have worked in the leading capacity, managing Human Resource Management and Learning & Development functions. I have experience of remarkable stints focused on change management with family businesses going through 1st, 2nd & 3rd generation transition.  In these roles I have been an effective change agent and helped companies to achieve business goals through people, be a connector between the people's strengths and business aspirations and a facilitator to a growth oriented, safe, and positive work environment.

I got to work with some inspiring people, who helped me to in turn inspire & lead my teams. It has been a liberating journey to experience the challenges & the highs in the leadership roles I played. 

I am a Certified Trainer and Train The Trainer from Image Consulting Business Institute with accreditation from NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education & Training) and SQA (Scottish Qualification Accreditation), and a certified Prism Brain Mapping Practitioner. I hold Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and Certification from XLRI Jamshedpur - Senior Executive program for future CHRO's.
