Hello, I am Palak, a start-up lawyer by profession and passion and an entrepreneur at heart. I started my career as a litigating lawyer in the year 2018 at Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, Gujarat High Court, NCLT and various Tribunals to have that practical exposure of all the theoretical aspects of law.

Ever since I shifted to the Silicon Valley of India, I was inspired by the Start-up culture here and at the same time I saw so many of my Entrepreneur friends struggling to get the right kind of legal consultation and structure for their business ventures. That was the time where I started my journey of being an Independent Legal Consultant to assist my Entrepreneur friends in framing a proper legal structure and compliance for running their venture smoothly.

Moreover, I will call myself a Legal Engineer as Tech law fascinates me and there is a lot of legalities to explore in Tech at present. As I am an entrepreneur by heart, I am not scared of failure because it means that you are rightly on the path of success.

At present, I am working with a lot of Fintech, AI, Web3, Metaverse kind of startups and I am here to explore different kind of opportunities in this new era of Start-up World. I am here to connect with people from start-ups and help them with the legal aspects of the same.
