Rajib Das, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, co-founded Bluconn, an innovative HRtech company dedicated to solving workforce-related challenges in the unorganized sector. Rajib's journey began in 2009 when he completed his qualifications and joined a construction company, where he served as a Finance Manager for five years. During this period, he honed his financial management skills and gained valuable industry experience.

In 2014, Rajib transitioned to an IT startup, where he spent a decade acquiring extensive knowledge in leadership, business strategy, and entrepreneurship. His dedication and hard work saw him rise rapidly from Account Manager to Vice President, working closely with the founder and CEO to drive the company's success. To further enhance his expertise, Rajib completed his CPA from the USA in 2018.

Two years ago, Rajib leveraged his vast experience to establish Bluconn. Under his leadership, Bluconn has quickly emerged as a pioneering HRtech company, providing AI-enabled, WhatsApp-based multilingual solutions to automate workforce management for small and medium businesses. Rajib is passionate about improving productivity, enhancing employee engagement, and reducing operational costs for businesses in the unorganized sector.

Rajib continues to lead Bluconn with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, affordable, and user-friendly solutions.
