Ravin Bhadja is the Founder and CEO of RB Corporation and Find Me Factory. With over 21 years of experience in engineering and management across the aerospace industry, Ravin has worked with global companies like Rolls Royce, Boeing, Tata, and Godrej. He started his career as a Design and Project Engineer and has since held leadership roles in multi-location, multicultural operations, and business strategy.

Ravin is a serial entrepreneur with a hands-on approach, known for his contributions to building and developing manufacturing and industrial supply chains across India. His expertise helps innovators and corporates create agile and robust supply chains, boosting hardware innovation and fast-tracking product development in sectors like future tech, agriculture, and aerospace.

Ravin is passionate about strengthening manufacturing supply chains to meet global challenges. As part of this mission, he is launching Rajkot’s first Industrial Chapter, BNI Sahyog, with the vision of taking Rajkot’s industries from local to global prominence.

He also serves as a mentor for startups and universities, working with incubation centers to foster innovative products and services. As a government-appointed startup jury member for Gujarat, he supports initiatives like “Atmanirbhar Bharat” and “Make in India.” Startups under his guidance have received funding from Shark Tank and secured global patents.

An active member of BNI, Ravin plays a key role as a Launch Ambassador in the Rajkot region. His passion for BNI’s core values, systems, and processes is evident in his commitment to building business communities.

Ravin is well-regarded in the manufacturing industry, with his articles on innovation and future trends published in the Rajkot Engineering Association’s monthly publication. He enjoys reading about technology, traveling, making friends, and practicing meditation. He lives in Rajkot with his parents, wife Bhumi, and their two children, Shreeya and Parv.
