As a part of my role:

- Oversee the conceptualisation, design, and development of flagship technology products at Kimbal.

- Leading and fostering all the software and emerging technology aspects inside the Kimbal Innovation Lab

- Directly responsible for developing, monitoring, managing, and upgrading HES, NMS, and AI/ML projects.

- Managing a team of 80+ high-talent engineers working on the most innovative and reliable tools to modernize the distribution grid.

- Ensure all our processes, products, and people are always customer success centric.

- Build and nurture client relationships by providing reliable, scalable, sustainable technology solutions and critical consulting.

- Interview, hire, and mentor new talent. Build solution-focused, performance-intensive agile teams.
