Sarang Pani - Founder at Inovact

Sarang Pani

Founder at Inovact

As an entrepreneur, I understand the significance of having the "right team" and "right mentor" at the "right time" in quickly and efficiently building and scaling projects or products. However, the time-consuming process of establishing connections and persuading people to collaborate on a project or idea is a significant challenge with existing online communities and platforms.

Therefore, I embarked on creating Inovact Social, a competitive social network that simplifies collaboration on projects and ideas for students, entrepreneurs, and mentors with just a click of a button.

One of the major challenges facing the Indian student society is the lack of awareness of "skill development." As not everyone is a genius, most students need a spark to start their upskilling journey. With this in mind, I initiated building student communities in engineering colleges that help students appreciate the importance of upskilling through peer-to-peer learning sessions and application-based learning processes at an affordable price.

It brings me great joy to share that over 1200 students have upskilled through this student community program.

Apart from entrepreneurship, my interests include macroeconomics, finance, and the financial markets. I actively invest and trade in the Indian stock market. Furthermore, I am a governor's awardee scout and have played volleyball and cricket at the district level.

I love reading books on business, startups, finance, and personal growth, which inspired me to start writing. As a result, I enjoy blogging about my learnings & experiences, finance, education, and much more. I also record podcasts with smart individuals and share them with the world through my YouTube channel.

The eChai Effect - In Their Words

"eChai isn’t just a startup community … it’s a mindset . eChai has been one of the most impactful communities in my entrepreneurial journey. It’s been a turning point . In a world where building something can often feel isolating, eChai gave me a sense of belonging. I’ve found mentors, collaborators, and friends here — people who genuinely want to see you succeed. It’s a space where ideas are challenged, actions are celebrated, and founders grow not just in scale, but in clarity and confidence. From late-night ideas to early-morning pitches, this community has quietly but powerfully shaped the way I build, think, and dream. I’ll always be grateful for the way eChai creates spaces where founders don’t just grow businesses — they grow together."

"eChai is playing biggest role in my personal and professional life together. Its a community where i meet like minded people to share idea and learn from their idea. Even while playing cricket i learn something and i implement something new from that learning. Its my entry point for building network in different countries where my base is not established yet. Personally my only fun activity day in a week is eChai cricket and social."

"From late-night brainstorming over chai to early morning founder calls, eChai has been more than just a network for me; it’s been home base for ideas, impact, and inspiration. What started as a simple meetup years ago turned into a powerful movement, connecting founders, creators, and dreamers. I’ve had the privilege of seeing startups find product-market fit, marketers (like me) find unexpected collaborations, and most importantly, people finding their tribe. संगच्छध्वं संवदध्वं – Let us move together, speak together. It’s not just a verse from the Rigveda — it’s how Jatin and the entire eChai community truly operate. We don’t just network, we grow together. Forever grateful to be a part of the eChai Effect.
