Partner - Seven Elements Design

As a fairly young girl, I always loved following a certain systematic process with anything I did, whether drawing or baking cakes. Yes, I started baking cakes when I was 14. But the point here is, that I love following processes and planning things well beforehand.

Similarly, my plan of graduating as a Commercial Artist went smoothly which further lead me to a post-graduation course in Branding and Advertising Communications basis my interests. Post this I was placed in an Advertising Agency in Mumbai as a Brand Executive. While living my dream independent life in Mumbai, I continued my Freelance projects as a Graphic Designer.

Although, it's not always that everything goes according to your plans. I had to shift back to Pune; leaving almost a year's job in Mumbai due to some unavoidable personal reasons at home.

My Freelance design projects kept me going helping me stay updated with the Advertising and design industry. This time, I not only designed the logos and creative but they had different thought processes and more definite meanings to it because of my learnings at the agency. That is when it struck me; I could understand the communication and brand needs better than any other Graphic Designer as I knew both the ends of Advertising and Brand.

Focusing on my freelance Design projects and collaborating with another Designer friend of mine we decided to put all our projects under the name of 'Seven Elements Design'. It's been six years since then we started servicing SMEs as Brand Designers leading them to grow their business.

We, the Brand Designer Duo at Seven Elements build, strengthen, and nurture brands with effective and result-oriented designs and strategies that help them grow.

The eChai Effect - In Their Words

“eChai has been that turning point in my journey. It gave me a platform when I wasn’t looking for visibility but needed direction. Over the years, it became more than just a network. It became my tribe; a place where conversations sparked collaborations, and strangers became trusted sounding boards. What I value most is how effortlessly eChai brings people together - no airs, no filters, just genuine people with shared dreams. I owe a lot to this community and to Jatin, whose consistency and belief in people have shaped journeys like mine. Forever grateful to be part of something so real.”

“When we launched LegalWiz.in back in 2016, concept of procuring legal and compliance services through a digital commerce platform wasn't as prominent in India. eChai played a significant role in providing the early adopters, and building significant positioning in the startup fraternity. Overtime, eChai grew to be a massive network of like-minded entrepreneurs and extended that benefit to all the members in a true "co-rise" spirit. I personally love to attend eChai events, learn from subject matter experts who share relatable and actionable insights and experiences. For startup journeys, it is so important to be surrounded by people who can add relevance, perspective, and push you to do better. Most importantly a group of people where you aren't being judged about things going right or wrong, but be a motivational force that keeps you going, yet keeping you in check. eChai is that place for me!”

"eChai isn’t just a startup community … it’s a mindset . eChai has been one of the most impactful communities in my entrepreneurial journey. It’s been a turning point . In a world where building something can often feel isolating, eChai gave me a sense of belonging. I’ve found mentors, collaborators, and friends here — people who genuinely want to see you succeed. It’s a space where ideas are challenged, actions are celebrated, and founders grow not just in scale, but in clarity and confidence. From late-night ideas to early-morning pitches, this community has quietly but powerfully shaped the way I build, think, and dream. I’ll always be grateful for the way eChai creates spaces where founders don’t just grow businesses — they grow together."
