Shreya Sinha is a social impact and organisational development specialist who runs an early stage social enterprise called Ekikrit. Ekikrit helps organisations work collectively to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, by integrating sustainable practices into their core strategy, and making a positive impact on people, planet and profit.

Shreya is also passionate about integrated marketing and looks after business operations and partnerships for a growth focused content marketing company through her other enterprise - Find Your Story. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, a Bachelor’s degree in Education (equivalent), and a Master’s degree in Development Studies. She is trained in Organisational Development by the Zhaw School of Management and Law, Switzerland.

In her career spanning nearly fifteen years which started with journalism, Shreya has worked extensively in the social development sector in urban and rural areas. She has been on the founding team of three organisations, led one of them for four years as its Managing Trustee, and worked in trans-disciplinary areas that impact children, families, educators, and communities. She has worked with one of India’s top international schools on student leadership development. In between all of this, she does what ever animal welfare work she can.
