I work on B2C as well as B2B products in complex, independent, and highly ambiguous environment.
At Amazon, I own post-purchase services fulfillment, returns, and warranty platforms across customers, brands, and internal teams. The role involves end-to-end ownership of large product areas, spanning customer experience, partner integration, and operational execution.
Before Amazon, I was at Paytm, where I worked on both 0→1 and scaled products across payments (Offline & Online) and transit (NCMC + Local travel merchants). This included building new platforms from scratch, taking products live with banks and networks (VISA, RuPay, BBPS), and later scaling them across merchants and cities.
I’m an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, one of India’s top management institutes. I specialize in strategy, first-principles problem solving, and customer backward thinking.
I started my career at TCS, working on large enterprise systems, which grounded me in how complex systems behave in production.
