Shubham Soni is an Indian qualified lawyer with over 4 years of experience in investment funds, asset management, corporate and commercial (PE/VC, M&A and General Advisory) and TMT practice groups and has been part of several notable deals in India. He was previously retained with Khaitan & Co., India’s premier tier -1 law firm and was the founding associate member of award-winning boutique law firm, Lex Consult.

Shubham has represented marquee asset management firms on fund formation, regulatory registrations and PE/VC investments. He has extensively worked with corporates and start-ups, promoters, founders, media houses, fund houses to help them with their end-to-end legal requirements as fractional general counsel.

Shubham holds a B.Com., LLB (Hons) from Nirma University (2019) and is licensed to practice throughout India. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and Metaverse Bar Association.
