Lets get started with my name which is Soumyadip . As you all now already know my name . So now let's dive into the main concern: " Telling about myself ".
I used to study in NIFT (Bangalore) but took a drop to follow my heart's desire towards building this startup and going against the tide with my family as pillar and support.
So how this fashion ka keeda became my reality,
I am hailing from a unorganised apparel manufacturing family background and as I grew tons of fabric wastes in our warehouses and piles of leftover finished garment stocks in shop was a growing concern for . But I got no clear idea then what courses can help me solve that . So in class 9 a sudden incident happened from where I got to know the terms of Indian fashion industry such as fashion design and NIFT. So from there I got a spike of interest towards this course in a hope that there will be talks about sustainability and futuristic fashion . I also got a digital graphic design course in between, which resulted in me always connecting fashion and digital design and technology. And long story short so after 2 years perseverance after my 12th grade I finally got into NIFT but there I couldn't connect with what I was planning to aim since childhood. So this decision to drop college and learn external 3D fashion and AI courses which I find more close towards my goals and startup idea. And from there this jump to create brand which will convert a niche area of society into a circular economy cycle using well proven technological marvels like DPPs which would eventually cause an innovative global fashion revolution on a wavy scale across the globe .

" A small pebble thrown on a large lake still causes half a hundred ripples . "

The eChai Effect - In Their Words

"I attended my first eChai event 3 yrs back, and no one knew me in the market. Over the next three years, eChai didn’t only help me with knowledge or networking, but it gave me an identity from being unknown to now being recognized by a group of inspirational entrepreneurs connected with eChai, who have been gracious enough to acknowledge me and Digipple."

"For me, eChai is a second home. I've been associated with it since the early days, when it was already setting a different tone for how startup communities could work. As a traditional business owner entering the new-age D2C space, eChai supported me in every direction. Over the years, it became my window to the startup world — and also gave me lifelong friends who continue to show up, for business and beyond."

"If there’s one phrase that sums up my journey, it’s truly ‘The eChai Effect.’ Six years ago, I simply walked into my first eChai event, not knowing what to expect. The honest conversations, energy, and inspiration from founders and entrepreneurs struck a chord within me. That eChai spark became the catalyst for everything to follow. I proudly say: my entrepreneurship journey started—and keeps evolving—because of eChai. Redicine Medsol’s story is integrally linked to this community. I’ve gained so much, not just as a founder but as a forever volunteer and grateful member of the eChai family. With all my heart, thank you Jatin Bhai and everyone at eChai for shaping, guiding, and supporting my dreams. The eChai Effect will always be a part of my story."
