Vani Agarwal, the founder and CEO of Thinking Spree, a sprint consulting venture, established the company in 2018 following a successful six-year tenure in business, strategy, banking, and funding sectors. She is an alumni of ISB Hyderabad.

After honing her skills for five years in developing business design projects for prestigious institutions such as the Innovation and Design Foundation, NID, and as the former CEO of GE Capital, Vani's venture pioneered a groundbreaking design thinking technique. This innovation disrupted traditional strategy consulting processes, drastically reducing consulting time from 1000 hours to a mere 40. Since its inception nine months ago, her venture has supported over 100 startups.

Currently, Vani leads the Business, Expert, and Research teams at Thinking Spree. The T-Sprints, the brainchild of her company, have emerged as the next-generation consulting process for startups, revolutionizing the industry.
