She has been an integral part in building the HR Advisory vertical from scratch. Innovation and strategizing are her core interests. Vibhuti is closely working with the leadership teams of various SME/Startups/Foreign MNCs and is responsible for all HR Advisory projects with an ultimate objective of smooth client experience.
