Yukti is a part of the Portfolio Finance team at Chiratae Ventures, where she focuses on valuations of portfolio companies invested by Chiratae Ventures, conducting financial due diligences and works with portfolio companies to address quantitative aspects. Apart from this, she also focuses on preparing fund raising documents and skillfully navigates investor relation matters.
Prior to this, Yukti worked at TresVista as an offshore analyst in the private equity division of the largest asset manager in the world and assisted the deal team in the preparation of 5+ Investment Memorandums. As part of the role, she researched and prepared portfolio summary, DCF analysis, public comparable analysis, company overview, industry, and GP overview for investments. She also built financial model from scratch to calculate the intrinsic value of ESOPs for an Investment Banking client.
Yukti has cleared all levels of CFA in her first attempt and graduated from Christ University, Bengaluru in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration specialised in Finance. In college, she was the Event Head at an annual management fest of Christ and loves playing table tennis and badminton in her free time.
