Beyond Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart, which quick commerce apps should I be on in 2026?
Blinkit is the clear leader (most estimates put it at 45-50% of the market), with Swiggy Instamart and Zepto behind it, and the three ran about 5,000 dark stores between them by May 2026. Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket Now and Amazon Now are newer and smaller, but they bring shoppers who already buy on the parent app, and a category manager there can be easier to reach. Don't try to be on all six at once: each wants daily replenishment, availability of around 95% and an ads budget per city, and a brand spread thin usually ends up out of stock everywhere. Start on the one or two platforms strongest in your first cities and category, prove sell-through, then add the next.
