This workshop is built for SaaS founders who’ve crossed the $500K ARR mark and are gearing up for the $5M milestone. The focus: building a strong RevOps foundation to scale predictably and efficiently.

​Led by Vinod Nagarajan, Founder of Revopsly, the session will explore how founders can leverage RevOps as a strategic growth lever, breaking down what to build, when to hire, and how to align teams for revenue precision.

​Vinod will be joined by a founder who recently raised institutional funding and invested early in RevOps, sharing firsthand stories of impact, decisions, and pitfalls to avoid.
