Mr. Mishra is a first generation entrepreneur and has been actively involved in promoting and supporting the young startups as he has a strong desire to change the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem of India. After completing his MBA from Xaviers Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, he started his corporate stint from 2001 with ICICI bank and ICICI Prudential for 10 years before founding 5 Elements in 2010 at Bhubaneswar and with an Odiya angel support and fund, grew his business to Carlifornia, and Bangalore, in the times when “Startups” were not the buzz word in India. 5 Elements went from scratch starting with Business process outsourcing (BPO) to e-governance work in the state of Odisha and Karnataka head-quartered at Bangalore. In January 2017 struck by the idea while working with a state tourism department, Mr.Mishra founded Bookingjini Labs, to help hotels worldwide with Direct Booking, the pain area being the huge distribution charges of current intermediarship in online and offline business. He and his highly motivated team are using latest technology like Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning Internet of Everything. Now he is building a BlockChain to disrupt the online Travel distribution and the global distribution system in the hospitality sector. Recently raised their first round of fund from Angels based out of Singapore and USA they are all set to expand globally Today Bookingjini helps more than 1000 hotels in India to optimize their revenue. The startup has got accolades from institutions like Nasscom, FICCI, TiE, PhocusWrite etc. He loves traveling, dreaming technology use cased , and is a voracious reader.
