What is a Jam?
In a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have 48 hours to create & develop services inspired by a shared theme across the globe. At the end of the weekend, they publish them to the world.

Join us!
All of you (yes you!) are welcome. You don’t need to be creative or have experience with service design to Jam. There will be a lovely mix of experienced and un-experienced people attending. You’ll be supported throughout the weekend by designers as well as your hosts. And you'll get out as much as you put into it!

So if you're interested in service design or using design-based approaches to solve problems, itching to experiment and bring your creativity to life, while sharing a weekend long experience with like-minded doers from all over the globe - then join us to make it happen :-)

The eChai Effect - In Their Words

"I attended my first eChai event 3 yrs back, and no one knew me in the market. Over the next three years, eChai didn’t only help me with knowledge or networking, but it gave me an identity from being unknown to now being recognized by a group of inspirational entrepreneurs connected with eChai, who have been gracious enough to acknowledge me and Digipple."

"After moving back from the USA, eChai became my go-to space to learn how the Indian startup ecosystem works. It offered direct exposure to startup thinking and a community that openly shares business insights. What stood out was how easy it was to connect, learn, and grow through real conversations. As we built our IT hardware rentals business, eChai helped us find our niche and refine our path. Proud and grateful to be part of this amazing community."
